My Body including 5 expressions and the 5 senses

A large (A1) vibrantly illustrated poster featuring Malaika and her brother, Andile. All the things our bodies can do – jump, dance, giggle, smell, touch – have fun while learning about our bodies.

Children are naturally curious about their bodies; use the poster to encourage conversation about the differences and similarities with their bodies. As a bonus, this poster also has five expressions and the five senses.
Instructions

The poster pointing our body parts, expressions (laugh, giggle, talk) and senses (touch, hear, taste, smell, see) will benefit your child in the following ways: literacy, perception, cognitive, social skills, self image, problem solving, and African languages.

Have fun by pointing out body parts on the poster and on one another; think of something funny or functional about that body part; encourage conversation by talking about your expressions and senses next time you are out with your child – smell what’s in the air, look out for new things, listen to and identify sounds, touch your surroundings, savor your food! Laugh, giggle, shout, talk, whisper…have fun!
